BrightView is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to oversee the maintenance, operation, and management of a golf course. This role serves as the liaison between BrightView, the course ownership, and the golf shop, ensuring smooth daily operations. The Superintendent is responsible for agronomic planning, staff management, budgeting, and providing a top-quality playing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct all golf course maintenance activities.
Develop and implement annual agronomic and improvement plans.
Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of course equipment.
Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with BrightView’s safety program and company policies.
Represent BrightView in a professional manner with staff, members, and the public.
Certified and/or licensed for pesticide usage.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred: Knowledge of irrigation systems, drainage, fertilizers, and course preparation to USGA standards.
