Responsibilities
Market Development: Build and expand our network of distributors, wholesalers, and end users.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a small team (initially 3‑4 direct reports, with potential to grow), providing structured feedback and clear direction.
Strategic Sales Execution: Balance long‑term market growth strategy with daily sales targets and results.
Customer Engagement: Visit customers regularly, represent Fieldpiece at trade shows and industry events, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA commercial team, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of regional plans.
Operational Setup: Contribute to the setup and streamlining of operational processes as we grow our footprint in the DACH region.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial goods, preferably in HVACR products or tools.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading or coaching a B2B sales team, with a demonstrated record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Fluent German speaker, with good command of English.
Based in Germany and willing to travel frequently within the DACH region.
Proven experience and success with a structured sales process, including use of a CRM system.
Team player and analytical, able to make decisions in uncertain situations.
Structured, self‑driven, and thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
