Job Description Utility II - Arbuckle, CA This is an hourly position.

This position starts at $18.50 an hour.

Position Summary This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in the Mill department of the Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities

Assist Miller in maintenance and sanitation of machinery

Maintain neat and clean work station

Rotate shifts weekly

Communicate well with colleagues/management efficiently

Ensuring safe operations

Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures

Assist in completing JSA’s

Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.

Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

Ability to manage a diverse team

Able to communicate with all levels of the organization

Assist in development of SOP’s and Work Instructions

Train new hires

Can work overtime each day

All other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

Ability work under pressure, well with others

Good attendance.

Basic Computer skills

Must not be afraid of heights

Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures

Respectful, positive attitude

Strong work ethic

Must be self‑motivated

Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time man‑aging, and organizational skills

Bilingual is a plus

ADM requires the successful completion of background check.

Pay Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$18.50‑$20
