The Opportunity
Under direct supervision, the Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful service. This position assists customers, cleans, fills and rotates the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli. The role consists of two shifts. The morning shift begins with replenishing product as instructed by the Bulk Deli Manager or Assistant Bulk Deli Manager, in a specifically assigned area. The Clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout the shift and maintaining department cleanliness.
Essential functions include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements. For more information, including reasonable accommodations, please reference the complete Job Description for the position located in the store.
Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.
