A loving family in Heber City is seeking a highly experienced, compassionate full-time nanny/caregiver to support their 13-year-old daughter with Autism. This role is ideal for someone experienced with neurodivergent teens who is emotionally intelligent, grounded, and comfortable with a structured yet flexible schedule. Schedule
Monday–Friday After-school hours approximately 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM (bedtime) Weekend availability required Required occasionally, often connected to family travel Responsibilities
Provide attentive, respectful, consistent care to a 13-year-old girl with Autism Support emotional regulation and sensory needs Assist with meals, hygiene, and daily transitions Support school routines, therapies, and activities Transport to appointments, therapies, and activities as needed Light child-related housekeeping (laundry, tidying, organizing supplies) Compensation & Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid sick days Mileage reimbursement Meals while on duty Use of family vehicle for child transportation Qualifications
Experience with Autism or special-needs caregiving Experience with AAC devices or willingness to learn CPR & First Aid certified Must have a Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must have 3-5 professional references Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be 18 years of age to apply!
