Role Description We are seeking a full-time Apartment Leasing Agent to join the team on-site in Henderson, NV. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, managing lease agreements, and maintaining up-to-date records. Day-to-day tasks will include showcasing apartment properties, coordinating property tours, assisting with lease administration, and delivering outstanding customer service to current and potential residents. The Leasing Agent will also contribute to fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the community.
Qualifications
Expertise in leases, lease administration, and residential leasing
Knowledge of property management principles and practices
Strong customer service skills and experience in handling resident inquiries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
Proficiency in property management software and general computer skills is a plus
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or real estate licenses are a plus
