Blend Air Mechanical has been serving Rockland County with expert plumbing, heating, and cooling since 1984. We are looking for a Full Time Senior Plumber for our Nanuet, NY location as part of the Encon Heating & AC company.
Position This offers a competitive hourly rate, sign‑on bonus, and benefits as listed below.
Key Responsibilities
Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including kitchens, bathrooms, gas lines, and waterlines.
Install and repair water heaters (standard and tankless).
Handle tub, shower, toilet, and faucet installations.
Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing issues.
Repair and maintain pool heating systems.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Accurately document work performed and report issues as needed.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience servicing plumbing equipment.
High School Diploma.
Ability to operate a computer and assigned software (including email).
Knowledge of normal safety practices pertaining to the trade.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, flexible and a team player.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude with good organizational skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
Eligibility Requirements
Valid driver's license.
Employment/education will be verified.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights.
Comfort with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Manual dexterity to handle tools and small parts.
Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely.
Strong hand‑eye coordination and balance.
Capacity to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:45 am – 5:00 pm and on‑call rotation.
