$101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Direct and optimize daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
Implement and oversee lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage operational budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing operations role.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse manufacturing teams.
Experience with budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with automation, IoT, or other Industry 4.0 technologies.
Prior experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
