Role Description Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) - High Producing Mortgage Team Houston, TX (Cypress) | Full-Time | In-Office Preferred/Hybrid We’re hiring a sharp, proactive Loan Officer Assistant to support a high-producing mortgage branch with a strong Realtor referral base. This role is for someone who thrives on clean files, fast communication, and staying ahead of problems. If you take ownership of your work and move with urgency, you’ll do very well here. What You’ll Do Collect and review borrower documents Pull credit, run AUS, and prep clean files for Loan Officer & Processing Manage Leads, pre-approvals and loans in process Communicate confidently and clearly with clients and Realtors Track deadlines and prevent issues before they escalate What We’re Looking For 2+ years mortgage experience (LOA or processor preferred, but not mandatory) Strong organization and attention to detail Fast, professional communication style Not a Fit If You Avoid client communication (Phone and written communications) Prefer a slow pace Not a self-starter What You’ll Get Competitive base pay + performance bonuses Clear expectations and room to grow Supportive, professional environment Apply with your resume and a short note on why you’re a strong fit for the role Seniority level
