Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Spanish/English)

A personal injury law firm is seeking a Spanish-speaking Intake Specialist in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role requires fluent communication in both Spanish and English, strong customer service skills, and the ability to operate in a busy call center environment. As the first contact for clients, you will assess cases and ensure excellent service throughout the firm. Experience in customer service, call center, or legal settings is preferred.
