R2026003The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for assembling and quality checking all outgoing Membership information mailed to group and individual lines of business including daily work, special mailings, annual group renewals, customer service requests and various letters and complex bills. Also responsible for screening and researching received group and insured information, verifying accuracy and routing to the appropriate area to be worked. Responsible for upkeep and operations of the ID card printer(s) and checking ID cards for quality and accuracy. Responsible for returned mail and emails to be processed within timeliness parameters. Responsible to provide support for all areas of Membership as needed.
\*\* This position is eligible to work onsite at our Topeka campus. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.

Compensation
$20.96- 26.20
Non Exempt grade 11
• Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas offers excellent competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual's skills, education, experience, and training. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.**What you’ll do****Responsibilities:**Assembly and quality checking all outgoing Membership information mailed to group and individual lines of business including daily work, annual renewals and special mailings, and customer service requests within two days of reception. Responsible for completing and mailing all State of Kansas information including a mass annual renewal n accordance with our Service Guarantee requirements. Mailing daily refunds in coordination with Cash Disbursement within one day of reception.
Mailing complex group bills on day received. Sending incoming mail to be imaged and then routing the information to the appropriate department to be worked within two days of reception.
Responsible for daily printing ID cards using the MX6000 ID card printer.
Responsible for basic verifying accuracy of ID cards and upkeep and maintenance of the printer. Responsible for receiving, sorting and working all appropriate returned mail including updating addresses in Eligibility as needed as well as resending to updated addresses and to groups so that they can update their member information within timeliness requirements. Responsible for mailing all daily letters and researching when needed to ensure the correct letters are sent as needed. Responsible for working returned emails due to wrong email information within timeliness requirements. Responsible for tracking and completing group work items within BluECM system. Responsible for breaking down and logging in all daily group renewals including ID cards, waiting period pages, contracts/certificates and SBCs so that they can be worked by the Service Unit.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*** *Attention to detail and accuracy.
This position is directly responsible for mailing out a large amount of personal information and errors can result in PHI violations including potential fines or notification to local news of disclosure events.** *Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.** *Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.*
+ Ability to work and clearly communicate within a team environment including the ability to prioritize multiple workload to ensure all mailing and internal deadlines are met.**What you need****Education and Experience:***High school diploma or equivalent.**Like experience working in a mail-room environment preferred.***Preferred Skills/Abilities:*** *Excellent verbal communication skills.** *Excellent interpersonal skills.** *Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.** *Strong analytical or problem-solving skills.** *Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.** *Strong ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.** *Strong ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.** *Computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs.***Physical Requirements***Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.**Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.***Benefits & Perks*** Base compensation is only one component of your competitive Total Rewards package
