Role Description As a 1st line Sales Leader you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives or Account Executives selling the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform across multiple verticals. You will formulate and implement a strategy to increase business growth. The role works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre‑sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR, therefore cross‑company engagement and orchestration is crucial. You will be a high‑impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results and first‑class employee development, fully responsible for generating revenue and achieving individual team and organizational quotas.

Your Impact You will coach your team to develop in their careers, inspire them to do the best work of their life, and directly impact the growth of our overall organization.

Hire, train, and develop a team.

Develop teams into sales‑ready candidates for future Account Executive positions.

Create industry‑specific pipeline programs to drive pipeline and revenue.

Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and creative incentives.

Regularly report on team/individual results - pipeline generation, quality of pipeline, revenue forecasting.

Work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow‑up and reporting.

Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Sales Leaders on pipeline quality/quantity and proper follow‑up.

Partner with Operations to recommend process improvements.

Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.

Your Qualifications Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skills needed will vary from 3+ years of sales leadership experience developing a team of seven or more quota‑carrying sales people. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Strong background in leading sales teams.

Proven ability to build hard‑working teams and lead them to success.

Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.

Excellent negotiation skills.

A self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

The typical base salary range for this position is $154,040 – $206,050 annually, with adjustments for specific locations (e.g., $169,450 – $226,600 in California, New York, and select cities in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC). This range represents base salary only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
