Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Manager role located in Phoenix, AZ. You will nurture and grow client relationships, manage a portfolio of accounts, identify customer needs, and ensure product and service satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include handling client communications, preparing and reviewing quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the development of client‑focused strategies to enhance business relationships and drive revenue growth.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Basic technical knowledge of data communication products, cabling, and network solutions is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business applications.
Aptitude for problem‑solving, decision‑making, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Previous sales or account management experience, especially in technology or manufacturing industries, is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.
