Shamrock Foods Company
The Account Executive will drive sales growth for Shamrock Foods Company by representing our products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments on a commission basis.
Essential Duties
Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
Impact customer success through:
Supporting customer menu engineering.
Supporting food cost analysis to reduce waste and improve profitability.
Consuming and sharing market intelligence and industry trends.
Conducting product demonstration and comparisons at customer facilities.
Facilitating demonstrations of our capabilities to support the customer.
Sharing new product innovation through Shamrock resources.
Building multi‑level relationships in the businesses we serve.
Keeping accounts current; optimizing sales, service, delivery, and collecting past‑due balances.
Leveraging technology for improved customer efficiency and experience.
Participating in ongoing training to continuously develop skills.
Other duties as assigned.
Participate in on‑going training to continuously develop skills.
Qualifications
HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
2+ years of experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related fields preferred.
Previous successful sales experience a plus.
Current driver’s license.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
Comfort using technology and analyzing customer data.
Knowledgeable about industry trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
