Work Location : Best Buy 174 – Fayetteville, NC 28314
Schedule : Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available.

Overview HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate. In this role you will drive sales and create buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer.
Day‑in‑the‑Life
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy.
Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store.
Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
Report and share competitive insights.

$1,000 Sign‑On Bonus – How to Qualify
>Earn $250 after completing 45 days on the job. Earn $250 at your 90‑day mark.
Earn $500 at your 1‑year anniversary.
New hires starting on or after 11/1/25 – 1/24/26 qualify.
Eligibility begins after your first in‑store shift, and you must complete 90% of scheduled shifts.
You must be employed on the program at the time of payout.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1‑year job experience required.
Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast.
Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
Comfort engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus.
Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
Performance Measurements
Regular and prompt attendance.
Meet established monthly or weekly sales quota/goals.
Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
Accurately document and report sales.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
