Responsibilities
Inspire & Lead: Act as a player-coach for renewal representatives, conduct call reviews, provide real-time feedback, and lead training sessions.
Master the Customer Experience: Handle de‑escalations and resolve customer disputes with grace.
Drive the Numbers: Help the team crush sales quotas and revenue goals, oversee opportunity distribution and ensure CRM data is accurate.
Analyze for Growth: Track performance trends and provide insights to the Renewals Manager.
Be the Right Hand: Cross-train in all Renewals Manager responsibilities to provide seamless operational continuity and prepare for the next step in your career.
Qualifications
2+ years in a Renewals department OR 2+ years in high-level Sales/Account Management.
Proficiency in CRM systems to track accounts, manage pipelines, and forecast accurately.
A proven track record of identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that add value.
Natural ability to motivate others and a “lead by example” mentality.
Problem‑solving DNA: proactive approach to identifying risks before they become issues.
Salary & Benefits Annual average salary: $60,000
