Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.
Social Media Videographer Job Summary
The Social Media Videographer creates and produces short-form videos for Arvest's social media and online channels. This role involves developing creative video storytelling to support marketing campaigns, ensuring brand adherence, and engaging audiences to influence public perception.
Responsibilities
Brainstorm with internal stakeholders to pitch creative and engaging video concepts that align with the brand's overall social media strategy and marketing goals.
Assist with the development of scripts, storyboards, and content calendars to manage production schedules.
Direct and guide on-camera talent to ensure performance delivery aligns with creative vision.
Create and edit engaging videos for social media and digital ads.
Establish video best practices for social media channels and stay informed of video trends that can be leveraged for timely and relevant content.
Collaborate with Marketing Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activities.
Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
Experience
Required 5 years of experience producing and editing video content for a corporate brand or agency, as well as social channel-specific knowledge. Ability to provide an online link to portfolio.
Required 3 years of exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills experience.
Proven ability to prioritize and oversee the implementation of multiple project requests.
Experience building audiences either online or offline.
Preferred experience in search engine optimization.
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Education
Required Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalency work and/or military experience.

Must be able to passenger vehicle and possess a current, valid driver's license.
Ability to travel overnight, unaccompanied, within the United States via automobile and air is required, no less than 25% of the time.
The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.

$60,980 - $72,409 per year
