Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers, set up, maintain and clean seafood display cases.
Clean, fill and rotate seafood displays.
Lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for a prolonged period of times.
Other duties as assigned under direct supervision.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Basic PC/Outlook skills (optional).
Retail Management Certificate (optional).
Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification (required).
