Territory and Eligibility Our national sales force comprises field‑based representatives throughout the U.S. As a representative, you will serve as the direct link between Tris and health‑care providers (HCPs) and clients. The territory for this position covers the St. Louis Metro area, including O’Fallon, Potosi, and surrounding communities. Candidates must live within this territory.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop, and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted HCPs and staff within the assigned territory; increase awareness of our products through appropriate scientific information and educational programs.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute an integrated action plan for the region, achieving defined territory and sales goals.
Create consultative, solution‑oriented business partnerships by meeting regularly with targeted HCPs and staff to discuss product benefits and how they meet identified needs.
Handle all operational aspects of pharmaceutical sales and service, including generating sales, communicating product benefits, maintaining relationships, educating healthcare staff, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales‑related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, medical device, or related industry. (Pharmaceutical Sales Rep)
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology with documented sales success. (SR/Healthcare Sales Rep)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and independently growing and managing a territory.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic, actionable business plans.
Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions‑oriented sales calls.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain complex medical and scientific information.
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Compensation and Benefits Anticipated salary range: $100 K–120 K per year. Base salary is contingent on assessment of candidate’s education and experience relative to position requirements and industry standards. Full‑time employees are eligible for career‑level incentives, including sales incentive eligibility, medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, paid company holidays, PTO, paid volunteer time, and Employee Resource Groups.
