Resolve customer concerns
Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
Provide customer follow-up as required
Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results
Qualifications
1-2 years inside sales experience required
Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred
Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm
Education
High school diploma or GED required
