Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients in the InsurTech space. Your mission is to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and set the stage for successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify inbound leads and engage outbound prospects through calls, emails, and social media.

Research and build targeted lists of Brokers, TPAs, and MGUs aligned with our ideal customer profile.

Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop account penetration strategies and refine outreach messaging.

Understand client pain points and position our insurance technology solutions effectively.

Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads and ensure smooth handoff to senior sales reps.

Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and report on pipeline progress and key metrics.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Strong research and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results‑driven with a passion for technology and industry trends.
