Opportunity As an Inside Sales Specialist, you play a critical role in our sales process by engaging prospects at the earliest stages, handling inbound inquiries, performing outbound outreach, and ensuring qualified leads are accurately passed to Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls, web leads, emails, and live chats.
Perform outbound calls and emails to qualify potential and existing customers.
Research and gather detailed information on leads to support the sales team.
Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
Follow up with Account Executives to ensure timely lead handoff.
Cold call prospects to help set appointments for the sales team.
Confidently use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer-facing sales role (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional office environment.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
