We are seeking an
Aftermarket Sales Manager
at our
Rock Hill, SC
location to drive growth by selling pump repair, refurbishment, service, and aftermarket solutions to industrial and municipal customers. This role is based in Rock Hill, SC and will require domestic travel up 75%.
Summary Description The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by aggressively selling the company's pump repair, refurbishment, service, and aftermarket parts capabilities to new and existing industrial and municipal clients. This role requires a deep technical understanding of industrial rotating equipment, excellent B2B sales skills, and the ability to act as a technical consultant to customers to provide cost‑effective life cycle solutions.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies for pump repair, refurbishment, and aftermarket services
Prospect and generate new business across key industrial and municipal markets
Deliver technical presentations to engineers, maintenance teams, and procurement groups
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, consultation, quoting, negotiation, and closing
Perform on‑site inspections, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
Collaborate with service and engineering teams to scope repairs and prepare competitive proposals
Recommend upgrades to improve pump reliability and efficiency
Build long‑term customer relationships and track pipeline activity in CRM
What we’re looking for
Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps, materials, and mechanical components (seals, bearings, couplings, etc.)
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service‑focused environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel up to 75%
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred;
or
an equivalent combination of education and substantial experience in the pump service industry.
5+ years of technical B2B sales experience, ideally focused on aftermarket services, repair, or refurbishment of industrial rotating equipment (pumps preferred).
