We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Permanent Regional Sales Manager to join our thriving team in the Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our sales operations within a specific region, developing sales strategies and targets, and building a high-performance sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with understanding our product offerings and the needs of our customers, while driving significant growth and establishing strategic relationships with key clients. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s success and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Provide innovative feedback and recommendations to the executive management team.

Qualifications

Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role in the manufacturing industry.

Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).

Familiarity with CRM software.

Understanding of store operations and experience in material handling.

Strong prospecting skills with a track record of successful territory management.

Experience in direct sales, specifically in manufacturing sales.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long‑term relationships with customers.

Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Ability to travel as needed.

BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
