Job Summary In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting sales visits and offering our excavation, plumbing, and HVAC services, with the goal of meeting customers' needs and providing them with the best possible solutions. You'll need to be able to create rapport with customers quickly, work well in a fast‑paced environment, and have strong communication skills and attention to detail. We’re looking for a high‑energy individual who is confident, accountable, and professional, and who has a strong sense of personal integrity and respect for others.

Base Salary plus commission for a total compensation of up to $150k per year!

Requirements

1+ years’ experience in outside sales, sales of in‑home services preferred but not required

Ability to quickly create rapport with customers

Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment

Strong communication skills

Great attention to detail

Must be coachable and willing to learn new things

High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism along with personal integrity and respect for others

Able to pass background check and drug screen

Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct sales visits offering our excavation services, emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customers' needs.

Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, and/or credit terms.

Follow‑up with current customers to offer established solutions to their problems.

Marking dig locations completely and accurately.

Taking pictures and video of customers' site and writing accurate notes to then upload to our job management system for use by excavation technicians to complete services requested.

Some nights and weekends are required.
