Deliverables
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy targeting local families.
Create engaging content tailored to the childcare industry, including posts, stories, and visuals.
Manage and grow the centre’s presence across key platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries, and foster a positive online community.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with the centre’s team to ensure messaging aligns with brand values and objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably for local businesses or service providers.
Strong understanding of content creation, community management, and platform analytics.
Ability to craft compelling, family-friendly messaging and visuals.
Familiarity with the Sydney market and local audience preferences is highly desirable.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently to meet project goals.
Sydney-based candidates preferred, but remote applicants will be considered.
Availability for a single project with the possibility of future work based on performance.
