Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Only Sales Representative based in Williston, ND. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential clients, presenting construction and development services, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions in alignment with the company's services and goals.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, strategic client prospecting, and contract negotiation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand and present construction and real estate development services effectively
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of or experience in the construction or real estate development industries is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
