Position Overview
We are currently hiring for our February 2026 Sales Trainee Cohort! This is your opportunity to kick‑start your career in sales with Shaw Industries. Join a group of driven, early‑career professionals for an immersive training experience designed to prepare you for success in one of our sales territories across the country.
What’s it like? You’ll join a cohort of other early‑career sales professionals in an exciting, intensive 10–12 week training program at our corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia (we have corporate housing options!). During training, you'll participate in team‑building activities, plant tours, sales ride‑alongs, product knowledge assessments, professional presentation workshops, and more. If you bring a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, we’ll provide all the tools you need to thrive in the field.
What is required?
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
Willingness to relocate to a market in the US
A strong desire to grow, learn, and succeed

Work Shift 8‑hour non‑rotating shift, hours required to punch in on day, observed calendar, shift starts AM.
