Sales Staffing Manager
to join our team as an independent contractor. This position is designed for an experienced sales professional with established IT industry relationships who can leverage their network to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Position Summary The Sales Staffing Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating IT staffing solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in account sales, vendor management, and a strong understanding of IT roles and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with IT hiring managers.
Represent Clevanoo LLC as a trusted staffing partner for IT contract and permanent placements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain job descriptions and staffing requirements.
Support vendor management processes until approved vendor status is achieved.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
Drive revenue growth and benefit from monthly recurring commissions.
Qualifications
5–10 years of account sales experience in IT staffing or related fields.
Demonstrated, long-term relationships with IT hiring managers.
5–10 years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, including:
Program / Project Managers
Front-End & Back-End Developers
Database Administrators (DBA)
