Graff Chevrolet Incorporated is looking for a driven and customer-focused
New & Used Truck Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands trucks, enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle for work or play, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
Sell new and pre-owned trucks to retail and commercial customers
Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Understand truck features, trims, towing capacities, and financing options
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person visits
Stay current on inventory, promotions, and manufacturer programs
Work closely with management, finance, and service departments
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous automotive or truck sales experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of trucks, towing, and commercial vehicles is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
