Key Responsibilities

Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools

Load, carry, and move materials and supplies

Dig, level, and spread dirt or gravel using hand tools

Support various construction tasks and phases

Move between job sites as needed

Work cooperatively with the crew

Show willingness to learn and grow into skilled roles

Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

At least 1 year of construction experience

Willing and able to perform general labor tasks (e.g., site cleanup, digging, basic hand tool use)

Ability to lift 70 lbs. or more and work safely in a physically demanding environment

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Flexible availability, including overtime and weekends when needed

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
