Telecom Drafter

to join their team in

Overland Park, KS . This

6-month contract-to-direct

role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge

fiber network designs , with potential for a hybrid schedule after training. Key Responsibilities

Convert

rough designs into CAD drawings

for

OSP fiber and utility projects . Ensure designs adhere to

engineering specifications and industry standards . Collaborate with engineers to

resolve design discrepancies . Qualifications

1+ years of OSP fiber, utility, or civil drafting experience

(preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD

required. Degree in CAD, GIS, or Civil Engineering

is a plus. Experience with

QGIS

is preferred. Job Details

Location:

Overland Park, KS (onsite for 6 months, hybrid potential afterward). Pay Rate:

$23-$27/hr (DOE). Term:

6-month

contract-to-direct hire . Schedule:

Mon-Fri,

flexible start time (8-hour shifts) . Work Attire:
