Stratus is expanding into
Santa Clarita
after several years of strong growth across surrounding Southern California markets. We’re looking for a
sales-first leader
who wants to build a territory from the ground up — not step into a comfortable management role. Hands on training is also provided.
This position starts exactly where it should:
in the field , selling B2B. The right person will prove themselves through execution and, within a short period of time, step into a
Sales Manager role
leading the Santa Clarita territory.
This is a
performance-driven, commission-based role with uncapped commissions . It is not a salaried desk job and it’s not for someone looking for comfort over accountability.
What This Role Is
Outside, face-to-face
B2B sales
(offices, commercial locations)
Launching and growing a
new expansion territory
Selling first, leading second — leadership is earned through results
Transitioning into a
Sales Manager role
within months based on performance
Managing and developing sales reps once promoted
What This Role Is Not
Not a desk-based or administrative role
Not a cushy job with a company card and low activity expectations
Not for people who want to manage without selling

Compensation & Structure
Commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings
Six-figure income achieved by top performers
Overrides on team production
