Responsibilities
Customized Solutions:
Be a telecom specialist who crafts tailored telecom packages based on each customer’s needs.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technology.
Sales Pitch:
Present the advantages of our products and services and address customer concerns and objections.
Closing Deals:
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.
Relationship Building:
Provide post-sales support and build lasting customer relationships.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with peers to develop strategies and achieve goals.
Targets and Quotas:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Physical abilities: ability to sit, stand, and walk as part of the job.
Ability to work full time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual preferred to support diverse populations.
Sales-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line services; ability to convey technical information in understandable terms.
Digital proficiency with CRM, POS, and related tools; adaptability to new technologies.

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (base plus estimated average annual commissions). Base salary at time of hire: $45,000, plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed; earning potential varies by performance and commission plan terms.
