Placing forms that hold concrete to ensure the required depth and pitch is received. Monitoring the effect heat, wind and cold have on curing concrete to ensure high-quality results. Molding and removing edges on expansion joints and sides. Installing anchor bolts, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete. Polishing surfaces using smoothing materials, abrasive tools, and surfacing machines. Aligning forms for sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Waterproofing, damp‑proofing and restoring concrete surfaces. Compacting materials using power vibrators to create leveled bases. Finishing concrete surfaces with rough or smooth patterns depending on the customers preference. Signaling truck drivers and moving chutes to facilitate pouring concrete onto forms. Casting and spreading concrete to patch voids. Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of concrete. Mixing concrete to correct specifications. Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task. Properly follow all company policies and OSHA. Assist construction / paving crew with various duties such as; shoveling, raking and running wheelbarrow. Perform general labor duties when necessary. Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. Must know how to use hand‑held and power tools like cutting saws, power vibrators, polishers, and edging tools. Time management and organizational skills Knowledge of mathematics and basic calculations Communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors Maintain an effective working relationship with others. Perform with minimum supervision Perform heavy physical work, often under adverse weather conditions. Available to work overtime. Excellent problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot potential issues.

Work Requirements Pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check. Be able to provide valid documentation for I‑9 Documents (DL, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate) Report to work at the designated start time. Willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA. Must have a valid Driver’s License

Compensation and Benefits This is a "Full‑time" hourly position paying the following range $18-22. These rates are dependent upon skill set and experience. The following benefits are included after a 90‑day probation period:
