General Description
Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, the Account Manager - Hematology will contribute to BeOne’s overall sales objectives by performing assigned sales related activities. The role involves providing physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals with products, services, and information to use and prescribe BeOne’s portfolio of products safely and effectively.
Promotes BeOne’s Hematology products through calls on targeted physicians in the assigned territory to implement sales, marketing and patient support programs.
Trains and educates physician support staff on the proper use and handling of BeOne’s Hematology products.
Ensures healthcare professionals have realistic expectations about use of BeOne’s products.
Maintains communication and integrates activities with the Market Access Team when appropriate.
Identifies customer changes and coordinates communication and planning to allocate appropriate resources.
Completes all product knowledge coursework, LMS/Compliance Wire assignments.
Performs all administrative functions required, including reporting call activity, customer information, and expense submissions.
Assists in identifying and resolving issues, opportunities, and communicates proactively to marketing and sales management.
Supports compliance with BeOne policies (healthcare compliance, adverse event reporting, travel and expense reporting).
Required Experience
B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
8+ years of pharmaceutical sales & sales management, with significant Hematology experience.
Self‑starting, self‑managing independent work style.
Customer service orientation.
Results oriented with strategic focus on sales.
Experience in specialty sales, reimbursement, distribution and managed care processes.
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to engage in developing new business.
Resilience in the face of challenges.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Computer Skills
Highly skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Other Qualifications
Expertise in conducting conversations with customers when stakes are high and opinions vary.
Travel
Must be willing to travel over a large geography, including daily and overnight travel up to 25%.

Salary Range
$166,500.00 - $216,500.00 annually.
