Do you want to be a Retail Account Manager for Acosta? We need someone who thrives on working independently, is confident in selling and delivering results, and can build relationships quickly with store leadership and associates. In this role you will be responsible for increasing sales volume through perfect on‑shelf execution and product availability for Gillette. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership and associates. Increase shelf presence of Gillette items and resolve out‑of‑stock issues. Execute product merchandising strategies across up to 40 store locations. Utilize sales data to fix problems and implement action plans. Manage a valid driver’s license and cover eligible mileage with travel reimbursements. Requirements
1+ years of relevant experience within Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred. Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to overcome obstacles to improve sales. Passionate and energetic drive to resolve shelf availability opportunities daily at the store level. Hands‑on mentality for resolving and executing at the store level. Persuasive presentation skills, resilience, determination, and flexibility. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Additional Information
