CNC Horizontal Machinist – 1st or 2nd shift Love machining and want a shop that values your skills? We are seeking skilled machinists to support our operations in a clean, organized and quality-driven environment. What You'll Do
Set up and run CNC horizontal milling machines Perform contour milling, drilling, boring, and tapping Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances Inspect your own work – quality matters here Keep machines running smoothly and efficiently What We're Looking for
7+ years of CNC vertical mill setup and operation Must be able to do multiple set-ups daily Solid blueprint reading skills Understanding of G & M codes Experience working with various materials such as steel, aluminum, cast iron and alloys Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs. Standard measuring tools required Why WALCO?

$25-30 per hour, based on experience First shift hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We are open 24/7 with flexible scheduling options for second shift Second shift employees receive a 10% shift differential on top of base pay Second shift employees have the option to choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, depending on availability
