Duties and Responsibilities
Actively listen and ask thoughtful questions to fully understand each customer’s preferences.
Demonstrate vehicle features and performance, including coordinating test drives.
Respond promptly and professionally to online and phone inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a best‑in‑class experience for all guests—whether they’re ready to purchase or just exploring options.
Deliver vehicles to new owners by ensuring the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
Maintain an owner follow‑up system that encourages loyalty to the brand and the dealership.
Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid in‑state driver’s license.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre‑employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.
