About This Role As a Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk, you will provide friendly, courteous and helpful service, assisting customers, cleaning, filling and rotating the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli. You will work under direct supervision, performing essential functions such as replenishing product, maintaining cleanliness, and providing customer service throughout the shift.
What You’ll Bring
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra-awesome).
Retail Management Certificate (extra-awesome).

Compensation Starting Rate $16.90 per hour
Other Requirements Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.
