You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance – Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses, more specifically assistant managers. It’s a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you’ll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
Job Description You will manage all aspects of the store during your shift. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Staffing and paperwork.
Food and equipment management.
Scheduling and adherence to standards.
Store cleanliness and marketing.
Profitability and transportation to/from work.
Attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
Experience managing a fast‑service environment.
Strong math skills – adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination and hand‑eyed coordination.
Computer or touch‑screen typing ability.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for delivery.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs.
Working Conditions Exposure to varying temperatures, weather, food odors, cornmeal dust, heat, sharp edges and other hazards. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and climbing.
