Job Code: 443 – Hemet Extra. Starting pay: $16.90 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and organize shopping carts within the store and from the parking lot.
Assist customers with loading merchandise into carts and their vehicles.
Check retail prices on shelves for check stand personnel.
Pull merchandise from the check stand (“go backs”) and return it to the proper shelf.
Walk aisles and return misplaced items.
Maintain cleanliness of store entrance and interior: sweep, mop, clean, and restock restrooms as needed.
Collect and dispose of trash, clean doors and other entry points.
Essential Qualifications
Read and write English; interact with general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 frequently, and up to 60 occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
Working Conditions
Entry level. Full‑time.
