Demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills Taking orders over the phone and in person Dealing with customer concerns Cash handling Upselling Making Domino’s high quality pizzas Food and portion control Hygiene and food safety Food preparation General cleaning duties Additional/General Job Duties
Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily Skills & Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator) Must be able to make correct monetary change Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders Eye-hand coordination for rapid, precise movements Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Work Conditions
Varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks In-store temperatures from cool to hot (approximately 36 to 90+ degrees) Possible exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts Physical & Sensory Requirements
Standing for most tasks Walking short distances Lifting some items up to 50 pounds; handling cases and ingredients Carrying, pushing, pulling and reaching as part of daily tasks Occasional climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and eye–hand coordination Frequent use of hands for shaping dough and processing orders Employment Type
