Job Summary
We are a leading car dealership in Boardman, Ohio, seeking a skilled and licensed Lube Tech to join our team. As a Lube Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure our customers' vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, hourly position, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the auto industry. Compensation & Benefits

Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements Inspect vehicles for any signs of damage or wear and tear Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs to customers Maintain a clean and efficient work area Communicate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely completion of services Keep track of all parts and supplies used for inventory purposes Follow all safety procedures and guidelines set by the dealership and manufacturer Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working as a lube tech in the automotive industry Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Familiarity with various types of vehicles and their maintenance requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills for entering and updating service records ASE certification is preferred but not required EEOC Statement
