Job Responsibilities Completion of resident work orders Apartment turnovers Emergency on‑call maintenance after hours Snow removal Follow safety procedures while performing duties Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications CFC certification preferred but not required Apartment maintenance experience preferred Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills Reliable transportation Own tools Background check and pre‑employment drug screening required (conditional offer)
Benefits $20–$28 hourly based on experience Company‑paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with match Direct deposit Paid time off (vacation, sick leave) Paid holidays Educational reimbursement Annual awards banquet and other social functions
