Telephone Appointment Setter
We're looking for a confident, energetic, and relentless appointment setter who absolutely loves being on the phone. We are an ambitious, full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to the financial services sector. We aim to become the 'go-to' agency for our market, both nationally and internationally.
The Role You'll be making cold outbound B2B calls to senior decision-makers in the financial services sector, introducing our digital marketing services and booking discovery calls for our company directors.
This includes:
Making high-volume daily outbound calls to financial services businesses
Quickly explaining who we are, why we're calling, and what value a discovery call could bring
Qualifying the lead and ensuring it's appropriate before booking the appointment
Logging all key activity clearly and consistently
Delivering on pre-agreed targets/KPI's
The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and knows how to get results over the phone. You will have:
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in telephone-based appointment setting
A friendly, enthusiastic phone manner that builds instant rapport
The confidence and resilience to make high-volume outbound calls, even to cold prospects
A strong desire to hit KPIs and earn commission
The ability to follow a clear script, but also think on your feet when needed
Clear spoken English and great communication skills
*Previous experience as an appointment setter for other digital marketing agencies would be a huge bonus. If you're the kind of person who thrives on speaking to new people all day, even when the data is completely cold, and is intrinsically motivated by booking meetings that lead to sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Commission
We offer a commission structure for each appointment you book that turns into a completed meeting.
