Corporate Paralegal
to support the firm's various business-related matters. This position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your multi-tasking skills in a hands‑on role working collaboratively with the firm's clients and employees.
Essential Duties include (but are not limited to)
Handle business transactions and corporate maintenance work.
Prepare/conduct UCC Filings/Searches.
Create entity formation and organizational documents, including articles of incorporation, minutes and stock certificates.
Prepare deeds and legal descriptions.
Research property title and assist with paperwork needed by regulatory bodies.
The desired candidate will possess these qualifications
Must possess paralegal certificate
Minimum of three years Corporate Paralegal experience
Must possess a working knowledge of real property legal descriptions and searches
Strong research, writing and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Word/Excel proficiency
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
Well organized, self-motivated, and a team player
Position offers a competitive salary between $30 – $37 per hour dependent on experience with generous employee benefits including
Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan; Paid Sick Leave, and Paid Vacation.
