We are looking for a local independent consultant to provide onsite technical support for SCADA and ancillary systems.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day monitoring of primary SCADA and ancillary systems for health and availability.
Serve as a single point of contact call center for inbound IT incidents.
Log all incidents into a ticketing system and resolve at Level 1 or escalated until resolution.
Handle inbound requests via phone, email, and web forms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely.
Qualifications
Prior Help Desk or IT support experience preferred.
Experience with SCADA troubleshooting or related industrial systems is a plus.
