Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance on a daily basis, responding to resident requests through the established work order program (repairing plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues).
Conduct daily light bulb walk‑around inspections, ensuring all public area light bulbs are operational.
Address HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment issues.
Maintain organization of all storage and equipment areas.
Carry out daily and assigned painting projects for all common and office areas.
Qualifications
Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with techniques for minor repair and maintenance of structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and heating & cooling systems required.
Experience in building safety and hazard reduction is helpful.
