and help maintain inventory, process warranties, and support our Factory Service Center.

Responsibilities

Order parts from multiple vendors, selecting the best shipping method.

Communicate inventory levels, order status, and tracking of parts to leads and supervisors.

Inspect received parts, enter data into the computer-based inventory system with all necessary documentation and pricing.

Maintain the policy and procedures for Management and Control of Core and Warranty Procedures.

File warranty claims with multiple vendors and return cores when requested.

Ship parts to customers and warranty returns with accurate paperwork.

Scrap non-repairable parts based on established criteria.

Send parts out for repair to Cirrus and/or third-party vendors as needed.

Add warranty credit to work orders.

Keep current training to maintain certifications for handling parts and shipping.

Perform quarterly and yearly counts of parts to ensure accuracy.

Follow regulatory rules for receiving and handling parts, including sensitive electronics and ATF regulated items.

Develop and implement processes and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.

Interpersonal skills to work with a dynamic team.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access).

Understanding of aircraft parts is preferred.
